Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 April 2026

1. Agreement

By using LoadoutCraft (the “Service”) at loadoutcraft.com, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.

2. The Service

LoadoutCraft is a free design studio for visualizing Counter-Strike 2 weapon skins with sticker placements. We’re an independent fan project not affiliated with Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, CS2, and related trademarks belong to Valve.

3. Your account

Sign-in is via Steam OpenID. By signing in, you confirm that:

  • You are the legitimate holder of the Steam account you’re using
  • You are at least 13 years old
  • You will not impersonate other users or Valve staff

You’re responsible for activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Harass, threaten, or defame any person or group
  • Create craft names containing slurs, hate speech, or sexual content
  • Impersonate another user, Valve staff, or any public figure
  • Distribute malware or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Scrape the site at a rate that degrades service for other users
  • Reverse-engineer, frame, or republish the Service without permission
  • Use automated tools to mass-create accounts or crafts

We may remove crafts and suspend accounts that violate these rules. We aim to be transparent about why we take action and to give a fair chance to appeal.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the design choices in any craft you create on LoadoutCraft.

By publishing a craft, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and create previews of your craft on our platform and in social media embeds. This license ends when you delete the craft or your account.

You confirm that any text content you add (craft names, descriptions) is original or used with permission and doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights.

6. Our content

The LoadoutCraft codebase, design system, brand, and original content are owned by us. The skin and sticker images displayed in the studio are publicly available Valve assets, used for the purpose of preview and design under fair use.

You may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose substantial parts of the Service for a competing product without our written permission.

7. Counter-Strike trademarks and Valve

Counter-Strike, CS2, the Counter-Strike logo, all weapon and sticker designs, and related trademarks are property of Valve Corporation. LoadoutCraft is not endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with Valve in any way.

If you’re a Valve representative and have concerns about how we use Valve assets, please contact us at support@loadoutcraft.com.

8. Copyright complaints (DMCA / equivalent)

If you believe content on LoadoutCraft infringes your copyright, please email support@loadoutcraft.com with:

  • Your contact information
  • Identification of the copyrighted work
  • The exact URL of the infringing content on LoadoutCraft
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the use isn’t authorized
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you own the work or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

We’ll act on valid notices and notify the affected user.

9. Service availability

We aim for high uptime but make no guarantees. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We may add features, change behavior, or discontinue parts of the Service. Where reasonable, we’ll give notice before making changes that affect you.

10. Termination

You can stop using LoadoutCraft at any time and request account deletion via support@loadoutcraft.com.

We can suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harming us or other users. Where appropriate we’ll explain the reason and give you a chance to put things right.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LoadoutCraft and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to £100 or the amount you’ve paid us in the past 12 months — whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can’t legally be limited under English law.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged on the homepage. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
